Sultan-ul-Uloom Public School Celebrates Van Mahotsav with Tree Plantation Drive

Sultan-ul-Uloom Public School, Banjara Hills, celebrated Van Mahotsav with great enthusiasm under the leadership of Principal Ms. Samar Fatima. The programme brought together students, teachers, non-teaching staff, Administrative Officer Ms. Gayatri, and NCC cadets in a collective effort to promote environmental awareness and encourage sustainable practices.

The celebrations began with an awareness rally across the school campus. Holding placards and raising slogans such as "Save Trees, Save Nation" and "Go Green, Keep the Earth Clean," students highlighted the importance of protecting the environment and preserving the nation's green wealth. The NCC cadets participated actively in the rally, adding to its spirit of discipline and social responsibility.

As part of the celebrations, students from various classes participated in a tree plantation drive by planting saplings across the school campus. Principal Ms. Samar Fatima, Administrative Officer Ms. Gayatri, teachers, and staff members also joined the plantation drive, reaffirming the institution's commitment to creating a greener and healthier learning environment.

Addressing the gathering, Principal Ms. Samar Fatima urged students to develop a lifelong commitment to environmental conservation. She emphasized that every tree planted today contributes to a cleaner environment, improved biodiversity, and a sustainable future for generations to come.
